Local Coordinator Support Network:
Always at Your Service
Au Pair USA boasts a caring and hands-on staff, and our local coordinators are no exception. Local coordinators serve as a resource and advisor to both host families and au pairs.
Local Coordinators and Host Families
Local coordinators will get to know each family personally and help them throughout the application process. They can also help each host family match with an au pair that best fits into the home. Local coordinators will stay in contact with the host family throughout the year to ensure that everything is running smoothly and will also organize periodic host family days.
Local Coordinators and Au Pairs
For au pairs, local coordinators are there to welcome them on arrival and help them adjust to their new life in the U.S. They also plan monthly activities and social get-togethers for all of the au pairs in their cluster and stay in contact with each au pair throughout their program serving as mentor, counselor, and friend. We ask a lot of our local coordinators and they work hard — our local coordinators are often recognized as some of the most dedicated and supportive in the business!
