As a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering cultural exchange programs, Au Pair USA works hard to keep its au pair service costs and fees as low as possible. Hosting an au pair is one of the lowest-cost, full-time childcare options available. Your family may also be eligible for additional discount offers.

Au Pair Stipends and Education Supplement
All au pairs receive a weekly stipend of $176.85 directly from their host family, and a $500 education supplement (pro-rated for the Summer program) as required by the U.S. Department of State. Due to a new bill signed into law, this stipend is set to increase in increments through 2009. For further information please read this description of the bill and the increase.
