Au Pair USA - An Au Pair Service for Au Pairs and Host Families

us aupair placementsAu Pair Placements Available Now!

Au Pair USA offers au pairs the opportunity to live and work in the U.S. for up to 2 years on a 12-month full year program or a 3-month summer au pair program. The 12-month program can optionally be  extended for an additional 6, 9, or 12 months.

Whichever program you choose, you will finish your program having made new friends from all over the world, and have many new experiences to share with your friends and family back home. Your life in the U.S. will help you improve your English, grow as a person, and learn important skills that will be with you for the rest of your life.

What Is an Au Pair?

An au pair is a caring live-in childcare provider between the ages of 18 and 26 who lives as an extended member of a host family in exchange for room, board, and a stipend.

In addition to providing childcare, au pair responsibilities may also include:

  • Dropping the kids off at school or activities
  • Picking them up from school or after-school activities
  • Helping with homework
  • Helping to keep the kid's rooms clean
  • Cooking light meals for the kids
